Learn to Skate Programs Cancellation and Refund Policy

Program Cancellation: Full refunds will be issued if the program is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances prior to commencement.

Once Program has started: Refunds will only be considered for a medical reason accompanied by a Doctor’s note. There will be a $35.00 administration fee applied to all refunds. Please note, your refund will be for the remainder of the cost of the session.

Program Fees: The Skate Canada Membership Fee and Lake Bonavista Community Association Membership Fee are non-refundable.

Ice Session Change: At the coach's discretion a skater may be moved from a session for safety reasons or class numbers.

Please allow four weeks for receipt of all eligible refunds.
